Perfect-temperature coffee

For those of you who know that I like my coffee ON FIRE, I am thrilled to report that Germans, at least the ones at this café, serve their coffee as hot as hot can be. And it was not just a fluke. It happened twice! I didn't even have to ask! Now that's a sign of civilization. Bliss.
